Our philosophy
At Family Life Resources, we believe healing happens in the context of a warm, trusting relationship. Our care is compassionate first and clinical always — we listen closely, move at your pace, and meet you with respect rather than judgment. We draw on evidence-based approaches that have helped people through anxiety, depression, grief, and life's hardest transitions, while remaining attentive to the unique story you bring.
We are Christian counselors, and faith-based support is genuinely available to those who want it — woven gently into the work when it is meaningful to you, and set aside when it is not. People of all backgrounds and beliefs are warmly welcome here. Above all, we practice whole-person care: emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness are not separate compartments but parts of one life, and we honor that connection in everything we do.
How we work
We see clients in person at our office at 8218 Creedmoor Road, Suite 101 in Raleigh, and by secure video telehealth across all of North Carolina — so support is within reach whether you live in the Triangle or several hours away. You can explore the full range of counseling and coaching services we offer, from individual and relationship counseling to grief, anxiety, depression, faith-friendly care, and life and career coaching.
Every relationship begins with a free 10-minute phone consultation — a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see whether we are the right fit for you. Family Life Resources is a private-pay practice, with individual sessions at $160 (50 minutes); we provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement and accept credit card, debit card, HSA, and FSA. You can review the details on our fees and insurance page, and when you are ready, simply reach out to get started.
